illumin_8 @elleveeehm the suede is in excellent condition. The interior lining of the bag is made of cloth with a synthetic coating that is peeling off.

jodescan Hi there, are you returning all 5 mugs? I thought we agreed that a refund for the one mug that arrived chipped would be sufficient? I'm apprehensive to have them go back through the mail considering that's how the 1 ended up damaged.

illumin_8 @jodescan no I don’t want to return them ! The others are perfect. The Poshmark app isn’t very user friendly and I was communicating that we had agreed on a refund. They seemed to really not even read our threads! I have again contacted them via the app and waiting for a reply. So frustrating! Maybe can you contact them as well ? Might help.
