I just found the card that I thought I had put into your package behind the desk I pack everything up on in which I explained that I hadn’t seen the tear until I was packing it up- my heart sunk into my stomach realizing you opened your package without any explanation!! witchinfunny what the bad odor on the hoodie smelled like? I wrapped it up right out of the dryer after using all downy products so the only thing I can possibly think of is that part of it wasn’t entirely dry and it developed a musty smell from that and being packaged up? It was not sent dirty if that makes you feel any better about that part! I cannot apologize enough and I literally want to cry because I feel so bad!!! Thank you so much for your kindness 💛

wildskyz I’ve mad a crazy mistake. I got out the cap to pkg and mail. It’s actually green khaki. The pics show its tan and that’s what I went by when describing it. It’s still a nice color and a great buy. Let me know if you still want it. I apologize for any inconvenience.

wildskyz The longer this goes in, the more stupid I feel. Apparently, I printed the wrong mailing label but, it was never scanned at the post office. Anyway, I was contacted this evening by someone that has purchased from me previously. I sent the cap to her. She is mailing back to me. at this point, I do not want payment for this item. I’m contacting PM and inform them I don’t want payment from you. I will mail out the day I receive it back. I sincerely apologize.

yoursismine I received my Havaianas and rated you a 5 for communication and delivery. I have a question about the authenticity of the havaianas. I own several pair and one of their claims is the process they use with the rubber. They never have a chemical smell. These have a strong chemical smell. Do you know your source for them? Have they changed their formula? All the tags seem to say they are authentic.

yoursismine Do they smell strong of chemicals? These do. They are suppose to be marked on the bottom tabs too. You might want to watch a video of authenticity. Or ask Amazon...let me know what you find out.
