@mrslapeeps Hi Heidi. I just got home and opened the package you sent. The jacket and swim cover are beautiful and in perfect condition. However, there are some light blemishes on the dress in three different areas. One doesn’t matter because it’s on the inside and wouldn’t be seen when worn, but the other two are visible on the front of the dress. Please let me know how you’d like to handle the situation.

@mhmcloset I guess you will need to open a case — I think there is an option to do that when in the accept screen and it lets you post photos. They (posh) look at it, they get my take and then they decide. I trust what you’re saying—I am just frustrated I didn’t catch it first to save you the time/trouble. After the process of opening a case posh sends you a label to ship it back at my expense. Again I apologize for the inconvenience.

@mrslapeeps Trust me, I understand your frustration, but I know it wasn’t intentional. Previously I had sold a girls’ sweater dress only to find when I was about to ship it out there was a spot. Sometimes lighting is everything. Fortunately I was able to let the purchaser know and we cancelled the transaction before I actually shipped it out.
