I have sold a La Mer moisturizing cream and it was brand new in original packaging. chictowear @popupshopnc I am happy to help. Since the buyer rated the product, they are unable to file a case for a return. Well, actually, they can, but they will get denied due to their acceptance. A buyer’s responsibility is to review if the item is as described; this is why Poshmark offers a three-day window of acceptance. In general, If an item is not as described, then they can open a case for return before the acceptance window expires.
