kareynascloset If you are unsatisfied with the Madden Girl bag, then why don't you send it back? I did not notice anything torn on this bag. The ONLY thing I saw was the ink stain which I scrubbed the heck out of it to get 90 percent of it out and I DID disclose that fact. I always get great ratings my items are GOOD and I do NOT appreciate you saying things like that. PLEASE SEND IT BACK! I will see for myself IF I did miss the tear on the handle. I will go back to look at pictures and see myself.

It is as easy as taking a picture and the background is gone. I am using it for over a year now and it is great.
