1apropos @ugadawgs_4life I shoot with Canon. Nikon has some amazing glass out there, but I got started with Canon and that is what I shoot with. Yes, the lens is amazing for sure! I primarily photograph raptors and larger wildlife and you need to respect their space.

dawgnationjen @1apropos I knew it! A professional photographer said that I had the eye for it just needed to lean the technology aspect bless his heart he tried to teach me but it was way beyond my comprehension. Then shortly afterwards I developed tremors and no longer shoot unless with my iPhone 15 Pro max because it has a stabilizer.

dawgnationjen @1apropos Absolutely respect their space that’s why we get lenses. I tried a tripod but it never felt right because when I held the camera it was part of me and captured my emotions of the subject I was photographing. I’m horrible at humans lol.

1apropos @ugadawgs_4life I totally get the tripod thing. I handhold primarily because wildlife won't wait while setting up the shot. I do not photograph humans at all. Strictly wildlife and nature. So lovely chatting with you!
