The bodice is gray striped with white polka dot print, black banded and gray striped short sleeves, black banded round neckline and a high waisted decorative gray striped belt. The skirt has panels and the hemline has the same contrasting fabric as the bodice. Elastics at the bottom of the hemline have been used to provide an illusion of puffiness The bodice fabric is made of 95% viscose and 5% elasthane. The skirt is made of 96% viscose and 4% elasthane. The length of the dress is approximately 35" from the back neckline to the hemline.
