@sarahlee718 this is a youth size, it would depend on the child but it would likely be early elementary years. They say to normally go down 1 or 1.5 size from regular shoe.
Unfortunately Powertek doesn’t seem to have comprehensive sizing charts online, however I am posting a new pic showing sizes
