Prada Brown Suede Lace Up Boots EU 40

Beautiful chocolate brown lace up booties from Prada. These boots are an EU size 40, but do have a slightly smaller fit and might work for a size 9-9.5 (the laces allow for a more forgiving fit). The suede and the soles are in overall good condition with minor marks, but the rubber on the heels has significant peeling, pilling and staining. I think the rubber could actually easily be pulled off or replaced, but the boots are sold as is and discounted accordingly. Details: genuine suede, chocolate brown, lace up closure, approx. 0.5" platform, approx. 3.75" chunky rubber heels, ridged rubber soles.
