laurasande91 @virginiadrak I’ve added a photo of the damage. I do not have a receipt or the box/dustbag as they were purchased in 2007 from Saks Fifth Avenue via telephone ordering (it was before they had online ordering to Canada). I have the serial number and have emailed Prada for their authentication.
