@raybeautiful38 - there is absolutely nothing missing on the boots. Everything was packaged and shipped as is. If you want to cancel the order I will be more than happy to take them back.
I have never in my life had an issue with anything I have sold so please cancel your order and send them back if your uncomfortable.

@raybeautiful38 - Also, please read your email from Poshmark again - it states “the box was not included” nothing about missing pouches and they confirmed the boots authentic.
I shipped the box to you separately already and sent the tracking number to your DM.
If you would like to cancel the order I am super ok with that.

Good morning I am so sorry I’m a nurse and I work overnight when I got the email I was kind of confused what could be missing the pouches I’m sure it can’t be the shoelaces send my husband looked at the email this morning and he said the box and we already took care of that it actually came yesterday thank you again and sorry for any inconvenience.

@raybeautiful38 - you have to contact Poshmark directly. They physically had to boots to make sure they were authentic. They were supposed to ship them directly to you after you confirmed. Did they send you updated tracking ? The label they sent me went directly to them.
