kposh19931 Hi are both the heel taps gone? Hard to understand from photos- is the patent leather on the heels damaged?

jjickling @kposh19931 the heel taps are intact. That is the colour they are. There is a scuff on the heel of one shoe. I will take a photo

jjickling @kposh19931 there is a scuff on one heel from brushing up against something. The heel taps are on and original. Purchased from Holt Renfrew

kposh19931 @jjickling I'm not here to argue with you but I assure you the taps are missing. Clearly visible. Best thing is to take them to a shoe repair and see if they can clean up the damage a bit when they put taps on. What you see in the photo are the white parts where the taps should fit over them. A good shoe repair can sometimes do miracles.
