Prana women’s waterproof jacket M like new

Fantastic and feminine bright waterproof Prana rain jacket. Fun colour. Like new condition. Tons of features: taped seams throughout, multiple pockets with zippers, cinch at waist and hood, Velcro at wrists, interior zippered pocket. Mesh interior on upper portion. Smoke free cat friendly home. Clean and ready to go. I love this jacket but it does not fit. M but fits m-L. Waist measures 18.5”. Hip area 21”. Both measurements are while jacket is zipped.
