Prato Crescent Moon Halter Dress

This vintage summer dress is a 70s dream! Size small/medium, stretchy waist and chest, tie-up halter neckline, knee-length, tie belt. Night sky pattern, cobalt blue. Straps were initially over-the-shoulder/cross back (interchangeable with buttons) but never sat quite right, so I converted it to a halter.
