Pre 1950s England Hand Painted March Violets Brooch

Gorgeous work of art by W. A. P. Watson (later known as Exquisite Jewellery Ltd) out of the UK. Crafted between 1914 - 1953, this brooch is part of their Birthday Flowers Series. It is the large version of the March Violets Brooch, a handpainted bouquet in purple and green and tied with a ribbon bow. • Colored hand laid cold enamel in excellent condition. • 6.5 x 5 cm • Unsigned - Exquisite didn't sign their pieces until sometime after 1953 • The fastener swivels Note: One of the stems at the bottom appears to be broken.
