This is a really funky chartreuse yellow/green top with a faux hook and eye closure up the front that has decorative buttons and ruffles. The material is very soft and lightweight with stretch. Tagged as size small and I'd say best fits size small or medium with a relaxed fit, but please see measurements. Materials are 95% cotton and 5% elastane.
