gillfortlage @lisatran1912 Hi! The measurements are as follows; Waist: 29” and Length: 17.5”. This skirt does have an elastic waistband in addition to the zipper and is made of a stretchy knit material.

Sorry the measurements don’t seem to work in your favour, and I took them while the elastic was relaxed so it will probably only fit that or larger. My biggest tip however is tailoring! That’s the beauty of purchasing larger rather than smaller online. I take loads of items to get small adjustments made to fit me perfectly. Not only does it then make the item truly unique and make you look your best, but it usually isn’t over $10-$15!
