Preowned nine W. open toe heels size 8.5 US

reowned nine W. open toed heels . The fabric feels like it could be fake horse hair or something. Sorry I don’t know how else to describe it. There is somewhere in some obvious wear and tear as seen in the photos hence the very low price but they wear and tear cannot be seen when shoes are on it’s strictly Inside the shoes. The heels are 3 to 4 inches high. I’m very comfortable! Thank you.
