Preppy Navy Blue and Yellow Striped Tee Shirt Dress

So soft and in excellent preloved condition! The dress is a deep navy blue with a yellow and white stripe across the bust. There are a few buttons at the top that can be undone. The fabric tag was cut, but the body is a very soft and stretchy knit while the collar and button band are more of an elastic texture.
