Pressure Cooker

Sold by Stokes, Think Kitchen's version of the Instapot. 6 L capacity 14 pre-set functions: poultry, meat, beans, soup, rice, multigrain, porridge, pressure cook, slow cook, sauté, steam, cake, yogurt, keep warm. I bought it to see what all the fuss was about. ✔️ I used it several times, mostly for cooking chickpeas for hummus. It's a wonderful piece of equipment, but it's not for me. They sell at Stokes today for $119, I paid $199, 2 years ago. Excellent condition. From a clean, smoke-free free home.
