Pretty Faceted Gemstone Ring set in Silver

This 7 gemstone ring is set in silver. I believe the stones are Topaz (purchased many years ago from a Gemologist), but there is a possibility they could also be Citrine. There is no sterling hallmark, so most likely silver plated. Size 6.
