Pretty Print Dress

Love this dress! So gorgeous and flowy. Very sad it’s too small now. Pleated skirt with a zipper!!! Then five designer buttons. Dress is fully lined except for the sleeves. Not sure of brand as I purchased in Asia. States size 9 but dunno what that means. Fits like a size 4. Reminds me of a ted Baker print and quality. Great condition but slip underneath is wrinkly - not that anyone would see. Waist has elastic. Laid flat it’s 12” but stretches to 16
