Pretty cobalt blue Sag Harbor sleeveless Blouse

This blouse is in excellent condition and features hidden buttons and cute ruffles in front. Fabric is polyester but looks like silk. Little to no stretch. Size is cut off tag so please check measurements: Underarm to underarm: 19.5” Length from shoulder to bottom: 23”
