Pretty floral maxi dress, with top ruffle detail.

Pretty floral maxi dress, with top ruffle and bottom detail. A mixture of orange and purple and green floral details. Quite a pretty summer dress. I purchased at a vintage store in NYC, there is no tags on it but I believe it’s cotton and has a nude slip attached. It’s in good used condition.
