Pretty white button up vest

Le Chateau size M white on white embroidered long vest. Very flattering and nice alone or with a blouse or tank underneath. It is too small in the bust for me, and I’m not “busty”. It fits more like a small, as I have another in burgundy and it fits me perfectly, and it’s the same size. I think it was tagged wrong.
