This is NWOT and was only fastened for photos. There is a 5" elasticized section at the back which adds about 3" when fully extended. There are riveted, hinged, nickel sections adding a bit of shine to the textured silver leather. Total length is 35" with the stretchy bit relaxed. From the bottom of the buckle to the single hole is 29" and 32" with the stretchy bit extended fully. According to their site, small is 28", so small plus just adds an inch.
