Prima Donna BLK All Lace Plunge, 32C?

Reposhing this item I purchased from @puffy_shirt_co. Loved it, but did not fit :( It was sold to me as a 32B: the cups are too big but the band fits as expected. I'm thinking it would fit a 32 C or D, but I can't be certain. Please take a look at the pictures I added with a tape measure over the cup for size reference as there are not tags.
