This 1960 first edition is "Prince Rupert a Gateway to Alaska" by R. G. Large. It was published by Mitchell Press in Vancouver, Canada. This is a pictorial history of the historically important British Columbian port city. This book has red cloth covered boards and gilt lettering on the spine. It has 210 pages, many many historical photos, and an index. It includes many interesting stories about the people and families that shaped the communities. There is no dust jacket.
It is in very good condition. There is a little wear to the cover and spine with bumped corners. There is slight slant to the spine. The pages are very clean and unmarked other than a name in pencil inside the front cover. The binding is solid. Please see all the photos.
