It is new. Unique piece purchased at the Ottawa By-Ward market early in the millennium. Was accompanied by a carton with the local Canadian artist name but I discarded it. All the creations of this artist have a humorous twist (see her buzzzy bee listed separately). It is hand painted with minute details on wood or resin? The artist uses other media and embellishments to express her exuberant imagination. This was one of my favourites from this artist ‘cause of the hot pink lips that are begging for a kiss and the funny crown! The 25 cents is for sizing. Hues vary with light.
