This little girls dress is absolutely gorgeous and in like new condition. The dress is constructed of four layers. The top layer is a sheer layer of blue stripes in a fabric that has enough stiffness to hold its shape. The second layer is a slip made out of soft polyester. The third and innermost layer has a crinoline skirt, sewn to another, thinner underskirt. Empire waist line, with pleats that softly billow out to create the puffiness of the skirt. It has soft trim at the neck as well as the arm holes. The dress closes at the back with a 7 inch zipper. The only layer that will touch the child is the innermost layer, which is a soft polyester.
