Hi! Would you say the skirt is tts? For what size hips? Xo

@xamburr Hi! The skirt measures 13 inches at the waist when it’s laid flat and the drawstring is pulled in (this was how it came when I purchased it). The drawstring can be adjusted if needed though, and the material has some stretch to it. I would say it fits true to size based on the size guide on the Princess Polly site. 😊 Let me know if you have any other questions!

@xamburr Sorry just realized you asked for the hip measurement, not waist. The hip measurement is 16 inches.
