This is a super-cute cropped Princess Polly top. It's long-sleeved; yellow; with a gorgeous rose print. And it's very very cropped. The open back ties as tight or as loose as you wish for it to be, which makes the pit-to-pit measurement a little irrelvant because of the fully open back. I have included a close-up photo of some "extra stitching" across one of the roses. You wouldn't notice it unless you were looking for it and it's a manufacturer's cosmetic issue, not damage.
