This gorgeous custom made Tulle dress was hand crafted and custom made. Its brand new!! Never been worn before as it does not fit me due to losing alot of weight! I got this as a gift to myself for myself for my birthday but unfortunately never got to wear this gem. Its great for a prom dress, party dress, anything!
