Pringle of Scotland 1815 Skirt

Black and white "dot" pattern of squares and diamonds. Pleated at the waist. 4" Green hem in like a felted wool (not felt tho). The rest is 100% cotton, more of a spring/fall weight (not light). Great structure. I would absolutely keep this piece but I cannot fit into the waist (cry emoji!!) Exceptionally well constructed. No tag but I know 100% it is Pringle of Scotland bc I bought it directly from them when I carried Pringle in my store. I believe it was a sample. This was back in 2010, so a long time ago :) The lack of tag is reflected in the price. I barely wore it so it is EUC.
