Probably-keeps-water-off jacket

I'm not going to lie, this is maybe a single season jacket at best. It's the kind of thing you might buy in one of those everything corner stores that sells strange brands of toilet paper and displays fire fuel next to snow globes and mouthwash. There is no label. It's never been worn as, despite the 2XL tag, it's probably more like a petite M. I imagine someone could get good use of it; just not me. Length back 31" Bust 22" Hips 23" Sleeve length 23"
