Professionally hand made reversible cape jacket

This piece is so versatile and well made. It has one side that is a dark teal wool and the other in a black rayon. Both sides feature slant front pockets. It can be worn with the buttons fastened under each arm or left open for a more dramatic effect. Oversized I am 5’7” and it comes to just above my knees.
