Prom / formal blue floral dress size 6

Beautiful blue floral prom dress with short underskirt beneath a flowy floor length overskirt. Size 6. Underskirt hits just above the knee (I'm 5ft3) and when standing the overskirt meets at the front making it look like a full gown when standing still. Straps about 1inch wide. Empire waist with tie at the back. Purchased in 2014 from Laura Petites, only worn once for prom. Super easy to walk in given the design and very comfortable! Will ship in garment bag.
