Prom/Grad dress

Beautiful dress, only worn once! The belt at the waist is to be tied at the back into a bow (comes attached with the dress). The dress is almost a mermaid style. It hasn’t been altered. Size is a 6 but I usually wear a small or a medium and it was a little loose on me (my waist is 29 inches). I’m 5’3 so the dress was long on me but solved with wearing heels. Easy to move in and very comfortable.
