Promiss Black Polka Dot Dress Euro Size 40

Beautiful Promiss black and cream coloured polka dot dress. Size 40, fits like a M. Has a zipper closure on the side and little belt loops for if you want to add a belt! Paid $130 for it at a boutique in Europe and it is in like new condition as I have only worn it once.
