Promod Tie-Up Skirt

Has an elastic waist in the back 1/2 of the skirt but the belt does most of the holding up. Haven’t worn this much because it’s too large for me and the belt cinches the waist too much and causes rippling. I’m a size 8 it would be better for a size 10-12 or L-XL.
