Proof Canada Black Mini Dress XS

I got this dress from Proof Canada and it is just a tad too small for me. Tags still attached and it was hand made. In excellent condition and never worn. The hanger photo is the actual dress and the black cover photo is to give you an idea of what it looks like but it is not exact. I can no longer find photos of the actual dress on IG anymore but I will link her page so you can check out her other designs to get an idea for the fabric.
