Propaganda Teal Sleeveless Pleated Midi Dress XXS

Propaganda pleated teal dress, size XXS. Pleated on the front and back (easy to steam back into place if they get rumpled). Dress is fully lined , with an elastic waist- it hugs your already great figure nicely but isn't tight. Has an overlapping slit in the front but isn't risky to it wear on windy days because of the lining. Easy to slip on, even easier to wash! No rips, snags or stains. Great party dress!
