Puff sleeve cream floral print mini dress. The first layer fabric is see-through. The inner layer is a cream colour as pictured. both hem are with a double layer to create a romantic full wavy skirt. Puff sleeve is a bit over elbow for me, with elastic cuff. The condition is like new, only tried on, and doesn't fit me. Can also be worn with a belt for a more visible waistline as in the picture. *Belt not included.* Size L (Asian size runs small, more of a M) Material top polyester, inner feels like cotton, but tag did not say.
