Puffer bomber jacket

Cute puffer with a drawstring at hem line. Poly fill with snaps and a zipper. It fits like a large but petite large. I have short arms and they are just a little king for me, usually longer. I have nit figured out what the ring is in the front with the extra tie. Maybe tie your scarf to? In great condition with the one spot at the back.
