Puffy Heart Vintage 10k Gold Plated Rope Chain Necklace Heart has two mirrored partridges or doves with leaves and filigree type accents, it's beautiful and very shiny bright gold. The heart is hollow inside, but it does not open. Chain is gold tone only. ⚠️the chain has some tarnishing when viewed up close. I’ve tried to capture photos of it for reference.
