PullBear Cropped Puffed-Sleeve Button Blouse

This is a Pull Bear cropped blouse that has a low neck that can be worn open or closed. The buttons add for a great detailing. The pattern is a striped gingham-esc design. The arms are more so puffed and have an elasticized wrist. The material is more so fitted cotton and can be dressed up or down :)
