Pumps that never went to the party

Over 4inch heeled pumps by Steve Madden. Small platform. Cute bow and pleats on black fabric. I'd say smaller than true to size because of the delicate toe box. If there are any measurements that would help, please let me know. Bought for a party I didn't attend so as new. Have lived in the closet in their box ever since. Bright lighting makes them appear lighter but they are black fabric.
