Lovely, little boutique dress. Blue underlay perfectly matches the sheer cover, dappled with black spades. Sleeves are very unique, they billow and have a slit that shows just a little shoulder. The silky underlay is quite short, nothing shows when bending. Is flowing and has a tie at high waist. Very light and soft. You’d never guess it’s polyester material. Perfect condition!!
