Pure New Wool Pleated Mini Skirt Kilt Black Subtle Striped Pattern Size 10

This is so cute but I haven't ever wore it. Pure New wool pleated mini skirt with two buckles at the waist. Subtle striped pattern. Velcro fastening inside of waist. Dry clean only, but I have successfully washed on delicate in my washing machine and then reironed the pleats when I first bought it. Size 10. Made in Scotland. Measurements taken lying flat: Waist: 13.5" Full length: 14.5"
