Purple And Gold Skirt

There is an opening for a drawstring waist, but no string in it. This was an up cycle fail. I picked up the purple skirt because its so pretty and tried to add to it to make it more my size. Now its your turn. If you remove the silvery purple piece (once a scarf?) the waist is 21". Measurements: waist 34" or 21" waist to hem 37 1/2"
